Insurance Information
I work with teens and adults, ages 13 and up, who are figuring out who they are, navigating the complexity of relationships, and learning to care for their mental health in sustainable ways. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care. And my particular focus is on complex trauma, Autism and ADHD, and gender identity. I also offer Brainspotting, a powerful brain-body approach to healing that can be especially effective for those who find traditional talk therapy not quite enough. Insurance Information
I am currently in-network with Cigna and United. Please note, I will be out of network with Cigna in summer 2026.
If you intend to use your insurance, please contact your specific plan via customer service to verify that I am listed as an IN Network Provider under your plan. Being paneled with a company does not mean that I am listed/covered under your plan.
Payments for sessions are due the day of the session.
I will provide a Good Faith Estimate as required as a part of the No Surprises Act for any clients paying out of pocket for services.
While I am a private pay provider, you may have out-of-network benefits. I use a service called Thrizer that automatically submits superbills for you. You can use this widget to check your OON benefits before we start to work together or anytime you change your health care coverage.
Gender Affirming Care Letters
Process : 1 - 2 sessions
The first session(s) involve history taking and support assessments
Final session(s) involve review of letter
Rates:
If using insurance - your usual copay or deductible for 1:1 session time
Private pay session fee: $200
Sliding fee and pro bono spots are available, please inquire if you are in need.
Individual & Family Therapy
Rates:
Intake sessions: $225
Individual 55 minute session: $215
Couples and Family session: $250
Individual 45 minute session: $190
Paperwork/Forms needed: prorated at my hourly of $215

Neuro-Affirming Assessments for ADHD and Autism
While conventional mental healthcare providers may follow a “diagnose and treat” approach, I instead practice through the neurodiversity lens. The neurodiversity lens allows us to perceive what were once labeled as "disorders" as neurological variances. Rejecting the deficit model empowers neurodivergent individuals to leverage their strengths for healthier, long-term interactions with their environment
There are a variety of intersections in identity that effect the ways ADHD and Autism show up in different people. It is important to be aware of these for accuracy in diagnosis and these are things I take into account. Identities that intersect and shift the picture in assessment include:
Varying age groups - pediatric, young adult, adult, elderly
Folks in the LGBTQIA+ community
People of Color
Trauma background
Other medical conditions
To make an accurate and non pathologized assessment, skills and training in assessment and use of psychometric measures is paramount.
